Jusami is a division of Sharp Designs, a family-owned, Brooklyn-based web-development company. The founder of both ventures is an artist and the father of three kids who love to wear tee shirts.
- How does Jusami ship shirts?
Your shirts will arrive by USPS First-Class Mail. We do not currently offer international shipping.
- What does shipping cost?
We add a flat-rate $5 shipping charge to every order.
- I’m buying a gift. Can I ship it directly to the recipient?
Yes. Simply change the “ship to” address during order check-out.
- I’m buying a gift. Can you include a gift invoice with no price information?
Yes. Please immediately notify us that your order is a gift by using the “contact us” button on the home page. We will block out price information from the receipt.
- Is gift wrapping available?
While we cannot gift wrap your shirts, please email us after you place your order and we can ship it attractively in unbleached, recycled tissue paper. .
- Do Jusami shirts require any special care?
No. Simply machine wash and tumble dry low. Do not iron the print.
- Does Jusami accept returns?
Customers may exchange shirts within fourteen days of receipt. Please request an exchange by using the “contact us” button on the home page.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
- How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
- Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
